I’m not quite sure what the typographic requirements of my company are. How do I determine the licenses I need?

Determine your communication needs: Identify the communication mediums you frequently use, such as websites, brochures, presentations, printed materials, social media, etc. Each medium may require specific fonts to ensure visual consistency.

– For printed communication materials such as brochures, printed documents, PDF documents, stickers, mugs, etc., determine the number of computers where the font will be installed.

– For your website communication, you will need a web font license. It is based on the traffic to your website. Determine the number of monthly page views on your website.

– To communicate on a mobile app, you will need a single app license for your app. This license is valid for both iOS and Android.

– If your company's typographic needs are diverse, such as managing multiple websites, using various mobile apps, collaborating with third parties for your company's communication, and having a significant number of employees, you'll want a flexible license to anticipate your evolving requirements. In this scenario, a global license will be necessary so you no longer need to worry about typographic licenses.
